YSA Membership

  • We provide local high-quality educational meetings contributing to ‘fellowship’ in our speciality. 
  • Our prizes and awards provide an acknowledgment of excellence for students, trainees and senior speakers. 
  • On a more pragmatic level, the YSA meetings provide easy and inexpensive CPD. 
  • All these things cost money to organise, and with falling incomes from trade sponsorship we now need, more than ever, all anaesthetists working in Yorkshire to make their own small financial contribution.  
  • Membership is £20 per year. Please complete the registration form to receive instructions to set up an annual standing order.  
  •  On a lighter note , When the YSA was established in 1948 the annual subscription was two guineas – this is the equivalent of £78.32 today, so the current subscription is a deal which any thoroughbred Yorkshire person will be happy with!
